Have you finally realized that losing weight and getting in better shape is about discipline and work ethic?
Congratulations you might be ready for the next step in your fitness evolution!
Look, I know that your nearest trainer is telling you that he/she has the newest approach to weight loss, and that it makes losing weight easy….. BUT I’M HERE TO TELL YOU- there’s no easy way to get into shape. You have to be systematic about the way you approach things, and if you want to lose weight you must be consistent about its implementation or you’ll get off track. Just like any athlete who’s just suffered a loss you have to get back to the fundamentals, and the basics of getting the job done!
The 2 biggest mistakes people make in fitness programming:
- Doing redundant and joint stressful exercises like riding a bike, walking, running, and almost any Cardiovascular Exercise you can name!
- Measuring a workout by how much fatigue it gives you!
If you’re doing any of the TOP 2 mistakes even if you’re getting results today… you are just begging for failure!!!! Doing either of these mistakes will result in injury or neural overload and over-training.
Look I’ve been there before…

Me today!!! 215 lbs.
I wasn’t always in great shape… At one time I nearly tipped the scales at 300lbs, and to be honest I felt good. I just got married, I was happy, I wasn’t sick, I just had a son, but when I had him I started thinking about how old I’d be when he got married, and knew I had to do something to make sure I could be there for him throughout the years. Sure I thought I was heavy, sure I thought I could lose a little weight, but weight loss was an incidental result of treating the 5 aspects of fitness, and completely avoiding the mistakes everyone else makes. The goal was to preserve movement through eating properly and though exercise, and believe it or not weight loss occurred, and rather fast. Today I weigh in between 215, and 220, and I still feel great. Furthermore, I still eat in-and-out, and I drink good beer, in fact I just ate 2 double cheese burgers right before I wrote this!!!!
Fitness isn’t about giving things up, but if you’re not disciplined or committed you’ll never get anywhere… earn your food!
Look… systematically approaching fitness isn’t about giving things up!!!! It’s about embracing change. I want to help you work toward and achieve fitness in a lasting way, but until you make the commitment to act and discipline yourself to follow though I can’t help you!
However, if you’re ready to:
- TRASH the idea that you can take a daily supplement that will produce a “new you” in 8 weeks….
-
As well as burn the idea that you can lose weight to be healthy merely by exercising super hard and burning tons of calories, all the while eating anything you want…
IF YOU’RE READY TO BELIEVE:
- That the key to good health is MORE THAN weight loss because there are literally dozens of studies that illustrate that exercise and proper nutrition are just plain good for you despite what you look like….
- And …That you should almost never workout with “pump” music on for 3 sets of 10 on 20 different exercises that takes you 60 minutes 3 times a week to get through…
